Michael joined LMS Associates
in June 2007, to further develop
business in East Texas, the Dallas-Fort
Worth Metroplex, and specific
locations in West Texas.
Bringing with him a lifetime
of experience in the foodservice
industry, Michael has extensive
knowledge of both sides of the
industry. While growing up, he
helped his parents with the restaurant
they owned and managed.
Michael also worked for over
3-years at Ace Mart Restaurant
Supply in both inside, and outside

Max comes to LMS with over
15-years of experience on the
dealership side of the foodservice
industry.
During his tenure at Ace Mart,
Max held several positions including
outside sales and store manager.
He was responsible for maintaining,
and developing new business with
chain and key accounts in the
south Texas region.
At Mission Restaurant supply,
Max managed the outside sales
division.
In addition, for 4-years Max
dedicated himself to the
United States Marine Service.

Holly has worked in the Food
Service Industry since 1983,
and comes to LMS with 25-years
of outside sales experience.
She began her career with Central
Power and Light as their Food
Service Consultant; subsequent
work includes Outside Sales Representative
for Miller & Associates,
Hobart, E-Source and EPI. Holly
has covered several different
markets in Texas for each organization.
Listed in the First Edition
of Notable Women of Texas (as
Holly Staten), Holly was the
first Rep to receive the Rep
of the Year award from ABC Hotel
(which is now Lone Star Restaurant
Supply).

Kim, with over 10 years experience,
manages inside sales and customer
service operations. Committed
to achieving high-quality customer
satisfaction, clients report
she goes the extra mile to fulfill
their special requests.
Having worked in computer software
training, it was natural for
her to utilize AutoQuotes software
for generating quick-turnaround,
personal quotations.
She is recognized as highly
knowledgeable about the many
products available from LMS manufacturers,
and studies the food service
industry to identify emerging
trends.
Kim also has a Bachelor's Degree

Brad is a multi tasked person
who manages LMS’s computer systems
and network, along with repairing
restaurant equipment for Univex,
ATS, Sims and other various lines.
He has a BA in Computer Science
from University of North Texas,
and an Associates Degree in Electronic
Engineering from ITT.
In addition to solving technical
computer issues, Brad has extensive
experience repairing complex
