He began his career in Seattle,
Washington, in the family-owned
business, Lang Manufacturing,
a 100-year-old company that pioneered
the wood-burning stove.
Dan specializes in advising
kitchen consultants, architects,
food service directors, chain
operators, and restaurant owners
regarding new product developments
in the industry. He consults
with clients regularly to identify
their short-term and long-term
equipment needs, and recommends
value-driven equipment certain
to exceed buyers' expectations.

Michael joined LMS Associates
in June 2007, to further develop
business in East Texas, the Dallas-Fort
Worth Metroplex, and specific
locations in West Texas.
Bringing with him a lifetime
of experience in the foodservice
industry, Michael has extensive
knowledge of both sides of the
industry. While growing up, he
helped his parents with the restaurant
they owned and managed.
Michael also worked for over
3-years at Ace Mart Restaurant
Supply in both inside, and outside

Kim, with over 10 years experience,
manages inside sales and customer
service operations. Committed
to achieving high-quality customer
satisfaction, clients report
she goes the extra mile to fulfill

Having worked in computer software
training, it was natural for

personal quotations.
She is recognized as highly

Brad
is a multi
tasked person who manages LMS’s
computer systems and network,
along with
repairing restaurant equipment
for Univex, ATS, Sims and other
various lines.
He has a BA in Computer
Science
from University of North Texas,
and an Associates Degree in Electronic
Engineering from ITT.
In addition to solving technical
computer issues, Brad has extensive
experience repairing complex
appliances.
