Steve Langston

South Texas / Key Accounts

Steve offers a distinguished track record in the food service industry, with over 33 years of experience. Consulting with clients, he offers continual support with the start-up of new restaurant operations and expansion of rapid growth of existing operations.

Steve specializes in demonstrating equipment in a way that simplifies operations. He trains end-users and service technicians in techniques to optimize the in-depth features of purchased equipment. He has an extensive background in restaurant management and design.

Michael Fiedler

GM/Sales Representative
DFW / East Texas

Michael was first exposed to the foodservice industry by his father who managed multiple restaurants in the San Antonio area.

After 3 years of inside and outside sales for Ace Mart Restaurant supply, Michael took a position with LMS in June of 2007, moving from San Antonio to the DFW metroplex.

Michael currently covers the North Texas and East Texas territories. On his off time he enjoys working on cars and carpentry work.

Jeff Glenn

Sales Manager/Sales Representative

Jeff got started in this industry at ABC Hotel and Restaurant Supply after serving in the United States Navy in 1996. He started on the docks unloading trucks and staging projects for installation. Jeff went on to become warehouse manager, purchasing manager, then on to outside sales. After leaving ABC, Jeff joined the sales force at Mission Restaurant Supply, and helped develop the Austin, Texas market for their new dealership. He then pursued an opportunity to become a manufacturers representative in the DFW market for Y.E.S. Reps. After two years as a territory representative, Jeff became a principal/parter for Y.E.S. Reps. In 2014 he sold his interest in the firm. Jeff will now serve as sales manager for LMS and will be an intricate part in making certain we are on track for hitting our sales goals for our manufacturers. He will also be in charge of certain key accounts.

Ben Arce

Ben has over 28-years in the Food Service Industry: nine-years in restaurant management operations including QSR and full service. 18-years as an independent representative, and one-year with full service dealers. With extensive knowledge in working with consultants, design and build, contracting and school districts in writing specifications, as well as working with dealers during the actual bid process. He represented over 50 different manufactures over the last 18 years which allows him to provide the best service to the customer and their applications. Resume includes: Wendy's International (GM of manger training); Burger King Franchisees and Denny's. Rep. Firms: Reynolds-Holiday & Snyder, Ettinger-Rosini, First Source Marketing. Dealers: Ace Mart Corporate 1st Choice Restaurant Supply.

Jeremy Smith

Jeremy has over 15 years of experience in the Food Service Industry starting with Hagar Restaurant Service as a service writer and later promoted to service dispatcher. From there he was hired by a Rep firm to work the Oklahoma/ Texas Pan handle region establishing relationships with the dealers, end users and chain accounts.

Jeremy is married and a father of two boys. He enjoys playing outside with his children, watching athletic events and playing golf. 

Robbie Holstead

Robbie started his career in the food service industry by working in restaurants includes: waiter, bartender, kitchen/bar/assistant and general manager in Louisiana, Great Britain and New Zealand. With 16 years experience working for Cayards, a full-service equipment dealer, Robbie handled both inside- and outside sales for complete restaurants, schools, health care facilities, and contract food service. In addition, Robbie has extensive AutoCad experience and has worked with architects, consultants, engineers and owners to assist in the layout and design of all facets of their food service venue.

Jon Roy

Sales Representative

Jon was born and raised in Louisiana, where he resides with his girlfriend, Christina, and their 3 dogs. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, with a minor in Business Admin from Northwestern State University.

Over 17 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management in Louisiana Casinos, including buffets, fine dining, beverage departments, catering, snack bars, diners, and horse tracks. Jon also has food sales experience with Conco Foods, USFoods, and Capital City Produce.

He is a member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association - Greater Baton Rouge Chapter and the Coastal Conservation Association - Baton Rouge Chapter.

Amber Fiedler

Amber comes from the banking industry, with over 8 years of loan experience. She started with LMS February 2015 and has focused on inside sales quotations and other duties.

She is also currently assisting with outside sales duties in the DFW area.

Kim Wandrey

Kim has been with LMS since November 1st 1999, with it being her first intro to the Food Service Industry. Early responsibilities included Quoting/Bid Work, Customer Service, designing & distributing marketing flyers. She also learned furniture, which is her specialty. Current responsibilities include Customer Service, Bookkeeping, Office Management, and Furniture Projects. Kim won awards for Customer Support & Professionalism, and also for Factory Support. Kim enjoys horseback riding, classic cars, NHRA Drag racing and collects model horse figurines.
